This Privacy Policy describes how CompuHub (“We”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information.
Collecting Personal Information
When you log a support ticket, we collect certain information about you, your device, and information necessary to process your ticket. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. Usernames and Passwords
We do not save usernames or passwords of customers for future use.
We do not save usernames or passwords of customers unless it is requested in writing. The customer will also not hold CompuHub responsible for any damage caused by hacking, data leak or breach of privacy.
Usernames or passwords collected from customer to perform\complete a ticket will be deleted after invoice.
Backups
All backups made by CompuHub will be deleted three weeks after invoice.
Microsoft 365
We have global access to all M365 tenants and SharePoint sites. Customer must request in writing for access to be removed.
Hardware
Any hardware containing customer data in our service centre.
- Customer will not hold CompuHub responsible for damage caused by hacking, data leak or breach of privacy.
- Stolen or damage by burglary.
Information
Examples of Personal Information collected: name, address, email address and phone number.
Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfil our ticket, to process your payment, provide you with invoices, communicate with you, screen potential risk or fraud, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Source of collection: collected from you.
Customer Support Information
Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
Source of collection: collected from you.
Minors
Support is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please get in contact with us.
Sharing Personal Information
We do not share or sell your Personal Information with service providers.
We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Behavioural Advertising
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. If you would like to exercise these rights, please contact us through the contact from below.
